Observation

110-300-0165(2)(d) - Plastic bags stored in unlocked bathroom closet. This was corrected during the visit by removing the plastic bags and storing inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(d)- The washer and dryer not locked and accessible to children. This was corrected during the visit by locking the washer and dryer. 110-300-0165(5)(f) - An extension cord used for the mounted TV. This was corrected during the visit by removing the extension cord. The TV will be removed as well.
